The fortified cities close to Syria will also be destroyed from the blasts that will hit Syria and Damascus in particular.
So some cities in Northern Israel will be destroyed by the falling nuclear weapons and blasts around them.

Then Pompeo announces America's support for the Iranian people who are rioting against a 50% hike in fuel prices, even though it is America's sanctions that have brought about the price hike on fuel.
America is trying to force a regime change in Iran, but without the military on board, then this will not happen, so many might die and be injured in their efforts to unseat their government or religious clerics.
